BoCor Holdings LLC (sister company of Advantage Energy Partners) today announced the purchase of a significant package of natural gas and oil wells from Bobcat Energy Resources, LLC. The transaction is strategically located in Ohio’s Stark County, adjacent to other assets controlled by BoCor Holdings. Advantage Energy Partners and BOCOR Holdings are equally owned and controlled by Michael Senff, President of Advantage Energy Partners and Robert Hutcheson, President of BOCOR Holdings.

This transaction supports our continued growth strategy of acquiring conventional oil and gas well assets.  These newly acquired assets add to our in-fill drilling acreage for future exploration and development efforts.  Our portfolio has grown to well over 500 wells in Ohio and Pennsylvania.    

As a Natural Gas Supplier and Energy Consultant in Ohio and the US Northeast, Advantage Energy Partners will benefit from this transaction by providing additional supply that can be delivered directly to end use customers in Ohio. 

Advantage Energy Partners leverages 100% of our dedicated natural gas supply to serve local commercial and industrial customers with locally produced resources.   Customers that take gas supply from Advantage Energy Partners further benefit from that relationship by utilizing our expertise in Electricity Procurement/Management.   Our customers not only save on gas, but also recognize a substantially reduced total energy spend by taking advantage of our Electricity Procurement services.
